Future exhibitions
2026 is going to be a busy year! We have been accepted at this year’s BABE exhibition at UWE’s Bristol city campus in June, and are hoping to be showing at no less than three different fairs in September.
Past exhibitions
We had a wonderful time showing work from four Bookband artists at the Artists Bookmarket in the Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh on 14/15 February. Shortly afterwards, two members also exhibited at Into the Fold at Winchester School of Art. Both these exhibitions resulted in several members’ books being bought by library and museum collections.
The Bookband exhibited at the Liverpool Artists’ Book Fair at the Bluecoat Gallery on 4th and 5th October, and at the Brighton Art Book Fair on 6th and 7th December at the Phoenix Art Centre in Brighton.
Our own joint exhibition took place from 3rd to 15th November at The Yard Gallery in Stroud. Please see our Instagram account for images from that.
We were very excited to be taking part in this year’s Book Arts Bristol Event: BABE at Bower Ashton in April.
We were also at the Artists’ Book Fair in the Fruitmarket, Edinburgh in February, 2025, The Society of Bookbinders in London, the On Paper Book fair in Bath and ArtBeat in Broadway in June (it was a busy month!)

Our first group exhibition: FULLY BOOKED – the art of the book was held at the Lansdown Gallery in Stroud from 12 – 24 March 2024. Our 2025 exhibition will be at The Yard gallery in November.
